Ted Przybylek is a well rounded, highly experienced financial specialist. With over twenty (20) years in the lending industry Ted has assisted buyers and sellers with Conventional Loans, Re-Financing Loans, Private Money Loans and Real Estate Investments. Ted has a broad understanding of the industry and offers a wide array of financing options.
While Ted has been recognized for his achievements in working with Real Estate Investors and home owners, he has also established a strong foundation of repeat customers and referral business. His network of financial planners and real estate professionals has positioned him for success in his markets and has allowed his clients the benefits of his professional relationships.
From his days of running the fresh pasta company ‘San Diego Pasta Co. with Little Italy Association President Marco Li Mandri, Ted continues to be an active individual in the Little Italy community, attending monthly Association meetings and networking with prominent business owners.
Ted is a certified A-License Coach with the United States Soccer Federation. He has been actively involved in the San Diego soccer community since 1989 through the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Men’s Soccer program (winning two (2) National Titles) and with the renowned Nomads Soccer Club. He is currently coaching at the Surf Soccer Club Academy Program in Del Mar. Through coaching, he has built a strong relationship with people like Manny da Rosa, community leader of the San Diego Portuguese community. Embracing this amazing community, Ted shows his support by sponsoring such events as the Annual Crab Festa & the UPSES Centennial Soccer Invitational.
Professionally Ted belongs to numerous networks such as the Downtown Chamber, the University Club in Downtown San Diego as well as Six Degree’s Networking group. He is affiliated with Cornerstone Mortgage company. When he is not working or coaching, Ted can be found at his 20 acre ranch which backs up to the Cleveland National Forest in Alpine, CA.
